My dad was admitted here yesterday and everyone has been so friendly and helpful! I want to give a huge THANK YOU to his registration rep who helped with his paperwork at such short notice; the CNA who eased our fears, encouraged my dad and made us laugh; the wound care personnel who showed compassion and patience; and last but not least, housekeeping for going above and beyond to provide a safe, clean and inviting space for us.
